QUARTZ IMMERSION - CRYSTAL HEALING SKILLS & MEDITATION WORKSHOP

This day workshop will be a journey into the many forms of quartz that are created by our Earth. Each has it's own energy signature and healing qualities.

Clear Quartz is known as the Master Healer due to it holding the full spectrum of light within. It can work on every level of being and shift to take on the qualities of other stones. All other forms of Quartz are this with added mineral compositions. They form in unique patterns and expressions due to the conditions in the Earth regarding temperature, pressure, mineral and gas dynamics, time scale and movement of the land they form in.

You may be already familiar with Rose Quartz and Amethyst, as they have become some of the most popular crystals used today. I want to guide you to explore these incredible crystals in a deeper more profound way.

We will look at each form of Quartz as a teacher - travelling through guided meditations to really feel and experience their healing essence.

You will be shown different ways these beautiful stones can support you in everyday life. Helping you with grounding, energy protection, meditation, intuitive connection, heart healing, energy healing, setting up a home sanctuary, balancing, easing stress and promoting calm.

We will be working with a range of crystals including Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Citrine, Rutilated Quartz, Faden Quartz, Lemurian & Lithium Quartz.

The day will involve guided meditations, silent tuning in sessions, practicing crystal grids, self healing demonstrations, practical exercises to demonstrate how healing with crystals works and time to connect with different stones to feel their differences.
